The driving concept for this project is the rich culture and heritage of Pune region. We were inspired by the way of living and grandeur of Shaniwar Wada, Budhwar Peth and Saras Baug which led to the idea of proposing penthouses, one of the most luxurious and largest apartments in a building. The penthouses are designed to give the residents their personal space but are also interconnected with a common alley to facilitate casual and communal interactions from kids playing cricket to Ganpati festivities.

The design consists of innovative solutions, sustainable features thus reducing the carbon foot-print and improvising the micro-climate of the site. The addition and subtraction of volume at different levels breaks the monotony of the facade, leaving behind double height spaces for communal interaction redefining the horizon of recreational spaces and streetscape.

Penthouses are the latest trend in the urban Indian reality market and have become a desired contemporary housing option for home seekers. Being positioned on a roof–top, it would guarantee a pleasurable living environment with ample natural light and air circulation besides offering scenic views of the city skyline.
