Every form of architecture share some of the golden ratio’s basic conventions. Therefore, our approach was highly inspired by ‘Golden Ratio’. The incorporation of golden ratio in design provided a sense of balance and equilibrium making the whole layout essentially pleasing and easy on the eye to the viewer. This planning helped us develop green pockets along with one huge central open space that actually becomes the focal point gravitating the user towards it. It was not just about the form and function but also about the aesthetics for us and the way the buildings would create an impact on its surrounding area. It was a genuine effort to decide how a building’s floor plan will flow on a site with an area of 63795 sq.m so that the resident using the space would find the building aesthetically pleasing. Also, each room features deep set windows and doors for direct sunlight that would brighten up the interiors.
