Located in Badlapur, Thanekar Parkland was our foray into Neoclassical Style of Architecture. With a vision of providing luxury amidst nature, The aim was to create something iconic that would befit the growing standard of the community. Implying symmetry with restrained use of the ornamentation to accentuate the visual grammar of the scheme was of utmost importance. This 2.5 lakh squarefeet project consists of 224 flats along with all lifestyle amenities like Yoga Deck, Gym, Swimming Pool, Multi-purpose Hall
